Welcome Sailors of the West Coast!
WIORA endeavors to promote and encourage sailing for all. After a difficult 2 years with restrictions, We are delighted to see WIORA Regatta being hosted by Royal Western Yacht Club, Kilrush this year. The theme of this years competition is “Inclusion”. We are making some progressive changes to make sure that every sailor is catered for.
The Committee and I hope to visit as many clubs as possible in the coming season, with the hope of encouraging more clubs to get involved in local and national competitions by showing the benefits of being involved in sailing for all ages and abilities.
With launch dates looming, and restrictions being lifted, here’s to a fun filled season on the water and best of luck to everybody in all competitions this year.
